We are transformationdramaturgs. Meaning we help our clients to drive their transformation processes by storytelling. We develop narratives, define and create storylines, draw up overviews of communication processes and formats, and translate and coach them into practice.

Staging stories is our heritage. Be it in spaces, stadiums or in the public arae – live or digital. We translate ideas and stories into creative settings, by making them emotionally tangible, physically experienceable and thus digestable – and that we do with an extremely high expertise and creative team in technics, storytelling, and channels of communication.

Under onIT we understand a digital home. A red thread that holds together all points of communication and drives the community into participation. We use the techniques of gamification, drive storytelling, push interaction and participation. And with that we bring together all participants, create communities, connect communication points and drive the meaningful, targeted storyline.

onVR

Virtual Reality and the developing metaverse is a space with inifinite possibilities. Since 2019 already, we are creating virtual projects and worlds together with our clients.
